The 30% advance is non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively and other enquiries for it are declined.
Date changes
Subject to availability, a confirmed booking may be moved to a new date once at no charge if requested at least [30] days before the original date.
Cancellation by us
In the rare event we must cancel, the advance is refunded in full within 7 business days.
