Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after payment of a 30% advance. Dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
Payments
The remaining balance is payable on or before the service date.
Cancellations & refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Travel
Travel charges apply for locations outside our base service area in Pune and are quoted at enquiry.
Client arrangements
Fresh/real flowers for hairstyling and hospitality for outstation events are arranged by the client.
Pricing
Prices listed on this website are indicative for standard services; custom requirements are quoted individually. Prices may be revised; confirmed bookings honor the price agreed at booking.
Photographs
With your consent, we may photograph our work for our portfolio. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
